STEP 1:
Sampling based on: GB/T 2828 AQL1.0 (general inspection level two)
Test items: material certificate, surface state, size, geometric tolerance (flatness, etc.)
STEP 2: First Metal Part Inspection + Sampling Inspection
Inspection items: surface state, size, geometric tolerance
STEP 3:
Test items: thread gauge, size, etc.
STEP 4:
Inspection items: linear dimension, angle, etc.
STEP 5:
Test item: Weld inspection according to DIN EN ISO5817.
STEP 6:
Test items: salt spray test, adhesion, color, gloss, etc.
STEP 7:
Shipment inspection and finished product shipment inspection report are provided.
Test items: whether the assembled products or components meet the requirements of the drawings, the appearance is in good condition, and the color, thickness, adhesion and gloss of the coating or zinc layer meet the requirements.
STEP 8:
Inspection items: Check whether the requirements are met according to the packaging diagram, and whether the mark label is correct.
